Order and Payment

Our business is web site based, thus the on-line transaction is our first choice to complete your order. Customers that have special needs on shipping, package, or payment may contact our sales and consult how we will process your order out of our system, but please be informed that this is not recommended.

We advice you to complete your transaction by PayPal system, which is proved a quick and reliable transaction processing system. This payment arrangement makes sure your credit card information will not be stored on any of our transaction processing system.

If you would like to quotate a non-stock custom magnet, please contact us by phone to discuss your requirements. We generally require a 1000 unit minimum and $500 order value on the purchase of custom made magnets. Custom orders are not eligible for return unless the products do not meet the original specifications.

We ship most orders within 1 business day after the payment received so you would receive your magnets as quickly as possible. 

Because most orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment, canceling an order may be difficult. Please notify us immediately once you decide to cancel it, and we will attempt to stop the order before it is processed and sent for shipping. If your order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel the order, and it should be subject to our return policy.

Shipping Info

We offer shipping via UPS and Canada Post for both domestic and international shipping service. The shipping costs are calculated automatically by a UPS program based on the UPS Ground service,thus most of the orders will be shipped by UPS Ground. Some order will be shipped by Canada Post Small Packate and Light Mailor depending on the location of shipping address. If you have special shipping requirements, please make arrangements with us BEFORE placing your order. Additional charges may apply for special shipping requirements.

Because the import rules and regulations for each country are different, all import duty, residential charge, and other fees charged by the government and carrier are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Information

Please provide a valid phone number, an email address while checkout, and please be noted that these information would help the carrier to process the shipment faster and more easy to locate your place. Your order will be sent to the address on the purchase order information in our system if it is difference from the one listed on your Paypal account, which is generally considered as a billing address.

Return Policy

We accept returns on all magnets returned to us in original and resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Polluted or rusted magnets are not refundable. Shipping fees and return cost are on the responsibility of the buyer.

Please contact us before returning any products because all magnets must be shipped in a qualified mailer or box in order to comply with UPS, TNT, FedEx, or Canada Post regulations. Returns in an regular envelope or padded envelope will not be accepted.

Please be advised to contact the carrier if the package received with any visibly damaged at the time of receipt and please contact us ASAP for us to initiate a damage claim to the carrier.  Receiver must keep all boxes and packing material, because the carrier may want to inspect the damaged packaging and products. 

Cautions

Neodymium magnets must be handled with great care to avoid personal injury and damage to the magnets. Fingers and other body parts can get severely pinched between two attracting magnets. Bones can be broken by larger magnets.

Neodymium magnets are brittle. They can peel, crack or shatter if allowed to slam together. Eye protection should be worn when handling these magnets, because shattering magnets can launch pieces at great speeds and sparks may be produced.

The strong magnetic fields of neodymium magnets can also damage magnetic media such as floppy disks, credit cards, magnetic I.D. cards, cassette tapes, video tapes or other such devices. Electronics such televisions, VCRs, computer monitors and other CRT displays can also be damaged.

Small children should not be allowed to play with neodymium magnets as they can be dangerous. Small magnets pose a choking hazard and should never be swallowed or inserted into any part of the body. Older children should be supervised.

Never allow neodymium magnets near a person with a pacemaker or similar medical device. The strong magnetic fields of the magnets can affect the operation of such devices.

Neodymium magnets are brittle and prone to chipping and cracking. Machining, drilling or other mechanical alterations are not recommended.
